Questions are answered by California professional licensed Architect, Civil and Structural Engineer who has been practicing engineering and architecture for 40 years.  Project experience is vast and have included nuclear power plants, high rise buildings, shopping malls, office buildings, public buildings, industrial buildings, schools, hospitals, commercial buildings, restaurants, wineries, bridges, banks, water tanks, water towers, apartments, swimming pools, foundations, retaining walls, track homes and custom homes.   Wood, steel, masonry, concrete or aluminum, any type of construction material is OK.

Once your question is submitted, it will be reviewed and a determination of cost for providing the information will be made.  Minimum charge is $25.  Other questions requiring specific design, research or legal preparation will be billed for hourly at $150/hr.  Payments can be made via check or Pay Pal.
